Fifth Grade

The fifth grade teachers are excited for the start of a new school year.  We look forward to the many memories that will be made this year.  Most importantly, we look forward to the progress that will be made by each and every 5th grader at Camden Station.  As we start out the school year, we will begin with developing the community of learners in our class.  We believe that an environment where students feel safe and comfortable is an environment where students are the most successful.  We will be working together to begin learning the routines and procedures that will help our classrooms run smoothly.  We will begin our reading and writing workshop, practicing what these times of day should look and sound like.  It is in these first few weeks of school that we will build the foundation for the rest of the year... and with a great foundation we will be unstoppable!
